Information for designer application
The Scotland Fashion Show schedule is assembled by the British Fashion Council. The requirements for designers to join the SFS schedule have been established to reflect creativity, industry evolution, and emerging trends.
All designers must submit each clothing collection individually, as the number of available slots is limited. A panel of industry experts will evaluate submissions, with selection based on artistic vision and creativity.
SFS MAIN SCHEDULE – RUNWAY & SHOWCASE LISTINGS – APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Collections should feature ready-to-wear pieces or accessories, excluding bridal and children’s fashion.
Submissions are assessed by industry professionals.
Participation in the event is a subject to a listing fee.

SFS DIGITAL PROGRAM ACTIVATIONS – APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
All digital program activations will take place on Thursday, 22nd May 2025.
Collections should feature ready-to-wear pieces or accessories, excluding bridal and children’s fashion.
The digital schedule must include dynamic content; a lookbook or images alone will not be sufficient.
Applications are reviewed by an expert panel.
Submissions are currently open.
SFS DESIGNER PROFILE – APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
This allows designers to be featured on the Scotland Fashion Show platform. Browse existing SFS profiles here.
Applications undergo internal review.
Collections should feature ready-to-wear pieces or accessories, excluding bridal and children’s fashion.
The web profile is subject to a non-member fee.
British Fashion Council Members receive a complimentary listing.
Application form
The application deadline is Sunday, June 1, 2025. Please note, we do not accept any submissions received after this date.
Designer profiles will be posted on the website after the application deadline.
